
The Mid-America Management Corporation seeks to acquire stabilized multifamily, industrial and retail assets and manage them over a long-term holding period. We concentrate on acquiring quality Class A and B assets at favorable prices, particularly where we can add value through effective asset management. We believe in using financial leverage to enhance returns to the greatest reasonable extent. Over time, our diversified, conservatively invested portfolio has provided stable returns in both good and bad economic climates.
Property Type:
Retail - Grocery or discount store anchored centers, discount anchored centers, power centers, and enclosed malls.
Multi-Family Residential - Garden style properties with pitched roofs, built within the past 15 years.
Industrial - Single or multi-tenant buildings with clear heights of at least 22 feet, with less than 10% office finish. We will consider industrial/flex with higher office finishes on a case-by-case basis.
In general MAMC prefers general-purpose facilities with a market position that offers a competitive advantage.

Retail & Industrial - 100,000 Square Feet
Residential - 200 Units
Minimum Dollar Size - $5,000,000
Geographic Area: All States east of the Rocky Mountains.
Target Markets:
Major Markets or Secondary Markets.
Small Cities and Towns: MAMC targets assets within smaller cities and towns that have a dominant position and limited competition. No minimum town size for the right asset.
MAMC does not discriminate against any size town or area if the asset is appropriately positioned within its market.
